Welcome to Hexilo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Hexilo ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
1. Use of Our Services
Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the equivalent age specified by law in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Services on behalf of a minor, you must be their parent or legal guardian and you agree to these Terms on their behalf.
Account Creation
You must provide true, complete, and accurate information when creating your account and keep this information up-to-date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
2. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid Services
Some parts of the Services may be subject to payments, either as a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. By choosing a paid service, you agree to pay the specified fees.
Billing
We use a third-party payment processor, Stripe, to bill you through a payment account linked to your account. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of Stripe in addition to these Terms. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our policies.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change the prices for our paid Services. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse the Services. You will not, under any circumstances:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems or networks.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the application.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Hexilo and its licensors. 5. Termination
By You
You are free to stop using our Services at any time. You can terminate your account through your account settings.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with or without notice if you violate these Terms. We may also deactivate an account if it has been inactive for an extended period.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hexilo, its affiliates, agents, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
